How to Book Your Spa Appointment
Select a Thai massage or spa treatment from our menu, choose a date and time, and add any notes you would like our therapists to know in advance (preferences, areas of focus, allergies). You will receive a confirmation by email straight away.
If you would prefer to book by phone, or if you are arranging a group spa visit, please get in touch and we will help you find a time.
Redeem a Spa Sommaai Gift Voucher
Booking with a Spa Sommaai voucher is straightforward - book your treatment online or by phone. Bring your voucher with you on arrival. The voucher value or treatment will be applied to your spa treatment automatically.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Plans change, and we understand. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to another guest. For couples and package bookings we ask for 48 hours.

Spa Sommaai is located inside Heritage Auckland Hotel, in the heart of the CBD — a few minutes’ walk from Britomart, Sky Tower, and the Viaduct. If you are driving, the hotel valet team can help you on arrival.
