Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Delays due to late arrival may not be extended beyond the confirmed booking time.
Parking
is best in the covered Farmers parking building across Wyndham Street. Pay and display parking is also available. We also provide Valet Parking, just ask when booking.
Privacy
All information provided is kept in strict confidence.
Mobile Phones
Please refrain from using mobile phones in the spa

Persons must be aged over 16 years
Appointments
we require the guest name, contact number and credit card details to secure a booking.
Health
To ensure your treatment meets your personal requirements, please notify your therapist of any serious medical condition.
Facilities
All treatments are in either single or double private spa rooms. We have a Spa bath and Rain shower in our spa room.
Cancellations
For non-hotel guests, 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid the full cost of the treatment being charged to the credit card provided. Hotel guests must give 4 hours’ notice to avoid the treatment being charged to the room booking.
